ALAMOSA – Funeral services for Marvin Leroy Achatz, 31, who died early this morning at his home, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, April 27, at the Butler-Showalter chapel.
Mr. Achatz was born Feb 1. 1928, in Alamosa, the sone of Mr. and Mrs. George Achatz, He attened schools in Alamosa and during World War II, served in the US Army.
He was a member of the American Legion, and past commander of the Dickey – Springer Post, No. 113, Alamosa.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Theresa Achatz; four daughters, Nancy Ellen Achatz, Anna Marie Achatz, Carol Jean Achatz, and Barbara Gail Achatz; (the rest of the obituary is missing.)
Per K Achatz (#48177373) son James Ray Achatz also survived.
