Mildred B. Hynek age 85, formerly of 11720 Hillcrest Road, Town of Franklin, died Sunday, September 22, 2013 at Rivers Bend Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Mildred was born July 4, 1928 daughter of the late Charles and Mary (Havlovitz) Yohanek. She was a member of the St. Francis of Assisi Parish. Mildred enjoyed dining out, traveling, picking mushrooms, and spending time outdoors up north with John.

She is survived by two sons: Dennis Hynek, Valders; Jimmy Hynek, Whitelaw; four grandchildren; two sisters: Emily Burish, Manitowoc; Clara Hacker, Manitowoc; family pet: Satain; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents: Charles Mary Yohanek; father of her children: John J. Hynek; one brother and sister-in-law: Joseph (Iris) Yohanek; four sisters and seven brothers-in-law: Elizabeth (Harry) Chupita; Kathryn Augustine Milbauer and her husbands: Paul Augustine; Frank Milbauer; Mary (Paul) Mangin; Ann (Victor) Krummel; Gordon Burish; Lester Hacker; three sisters-in-law and four brothers-in-law.

Funeral services will be held Friday, September 27, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Parish, Waldo site. The Rev. David Pleier will celebrate the Mass. Burial of her cremated remains will take place at Evergreen Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the church on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. The Jens Family Funeral Home & Crematory is assisting the Hynek family with funeral arrangements.
