Agatha Clara Roach Smith died at age 57 on Wednesday, November 20, 2002, at St. Joseph Memorial Hospital in Murphysboro.
She was born in Murphysboro on June 3, 1945, the daughter of Thomas and Teresa Agatha Pellegrini Riggio.
She is survived by three daughters, Carla Roach and Michelle Moutria, both of Murphysboro, and Elizabeth Werts of Copan, Oklahoma; one son, Thomas Roach of Coffeeville, Kansas; ten grandchildren; one brother, Austin Riggio of Murphysboro; and two sisters, Nancy Riggio and Dorothy Riggio, both of Murphysboro.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister.
