Albina was born June 22, 1928 near Cuero, Texas, to Stanley and Gertrude (Hadamek) Lipinsky, and went to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 12, 2013. She was the youngest of eleven children and a fraternal twin to her sister Paulina. She met the love of her life, William A. Murff, Jr., of Normangee, in 1946, and they were blessed with 66 years of marriage. They lived in the Normangee area for thirty-four years before moving to Houston in 2001.
Eileen loved her family dearly, and was known for her excellent cooking and housekeeping skills. She enjoyed working outdoors with her plants and flowers, and had a tender heart for all of God's creatures. In addition to her part-time jobs, she often assisted her husband, Bill, in his work as a home contractor. She was raised in the Catholic faith, which she cherished throughout her life, always faithful in praying for family and friends.
Albina was preceded in death by her parents, and nine brothers and sisters. Survivors include her husband, William ("W.A.") Murff, Jr., her son Tom Murff and wife, Marjie of Houston, and two grandsons: Jonathan Murff and wife Leslie of Fort Collins, Colorado, Jason Murff of Houston, and numerous nieces and nephews. Her twin sister, Pauline ("Sissie") is her only surviving sibling.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society or the charity of your choice.
