Camp Douglas, Wis., (UP) — A military wedding, the first to be held at Camp Williams since the World war, will conclude the two week encampment of the Wisconsin national guard cavalrymen tonight. Miss Evelyn Hughes and Sergt. Orman Maertz, both of Milwaukee, will march through an arch of
sabers following their marriage.
The entire regiment, of which Maertz is a member, will parade in his honor and his troop will be host at a party in the "log cabin" after the ceremony. The cavalrymen lined up to receive their pay today, the first in many months for those who had been unemployed.
