MRS. KORLESKY DIES AFTER A LONG ILLNESS
Mrs. Pauline Korlesky, wife of John Korlesky, died at the family home at 2402 Washington street at 4:25 this morning following an illness of several months. Mrs. Korlesky underwent an operation for gall stones last June and later developed cancer which resulted in her death today. The funeral will be held Tuesday morning at 9 o'clock with services at St. Mary's Catholic church and burial will be made at St. Mary's cemetery. The Rev. S.J. Kubiszewski will officiate.
Mrs. Korlesky, nee Daron was born in this city June 23, 1883 and has always made her home here. She was married to Mr. Korlesky September 15, 1901 and leaves to mourn her death besides her husband two daughters, Esther and Sophie and one son, Marvin. Five sisters, Mrs. Alex Herman, Mrs. John Waytel, Mrs. Oscar Wendorf, Mrs. John Komorosky and Miss Anna Daron and two brothers, John and August Daron, and her mother, Mrs. Catherine Daron, all of this city, also survive her.
She was a member of St. Mary's congregation and was identified with the St. Agnes and Heart of Jesus societies, in which she was an active worker. News of the death will come as a shock to a wide circle of friends.
