Patricia Kozaczuk, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leo Kozaczuk, 1212 S. 19th St., Manitowoc, died at the Holy Family Hospital and hour after her birth Tuesday morning.
Funeral services were held at the Pfeffer Funeral Home at 3 p.m. Tuesday. Interment was in St. Mary Cemetery.
In addition to her parents, Patricia is survived by a brother, Robert, at home; her paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Julius Kozaczuk of Manitowoc; and her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Luke Savine, also of Manitowoc.
