Bonnie Ruth Smith Bell, 71, widow of Ned L. Bell, died Thursday, July 31, 2003, in a Florence hospital.
Mrs. Bell was born in Cades, a daughter of the late Barney and Salina Prosser Smith. She was a homemaker, a member of New Prospect Free Will Baptist Church and attended Florence County schools.
Surviving are children, George Bell of Florence, Frances B. Stanley of Lake City, Charles Bell and Debbie B. Powell, both of Johnsonville; sister, Juanita Feagin of Florence; 11 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. today in Prosser Cemetery directed by Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway.
