"Virginia C. "Ginnie" Kowalski 85, died at her residence. She was the younger of two daughters born to the late Herbert Gustave & Catherine (Rosik) Behrmann.
"Ginnie" attended Sacred Heart Catholic Grade School and was a graduate of Manitowoc Lincoln High School, Class of 1944.
"On 10 June 1950, "Ginnie" married Joseph F. Kowalski at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Manitowoc, WI; they both were age 24. They had no children.
"Ginnie" loved to travel with her husband Joe; she also enjoyed dancing & reading. She was employed with the Manitowoc Company for 32½ years, retiring in 1976.
"She was also preceded in death by a sister and brother-in-law: Gladys & Lee Gruber.
