Mrs. Leona F. Klotzbuecher, 83, of 155 N. Eagle St., died Tuesday at 7:10 p.m. at the extended care unit of Mercy Medical Center. She had been ill six months.

She was born in Oshkosh on Aug. 6, 1890, daughter of Fred and Amelia Wesenberg, and was married in Menominee, Mich., on Dec. 8, 1915, to Gustave Klotzbuecher, who preceded her in death on Jan. 27, 1972.

Mrs. Klotzbuecher was a member of Peace Lutheran Church and of Guild I of the church for 35 years.

Surviving are one son, Orville Klotzbuecher, Oshkosh; two daughters, Mrs. A. Duffy (Marcella) Meyer and Mrs. Orville (Clara) Schultz, Oshkosh; one brother, Harry Wesenberg, Oshkosh; two sisters, Mrs. Lydia Wesenberg, Oshkosh, and Mrs. Ella Marx, Pickett; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Services will be held Friday at 1:30 p.m. at Konrad Funeral Home, with the Rev. I. Harold Kuester, pastor of Peace Lutheran Church, officiating. Burial will be in Peace Lutheran Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday from 4-9 p.m. A memorial has been established to Peace Lutheran Church.
