Charles Rupert Bronson, 94, died suddenly at his home Tuesday evening.
He was the son of Simon N. and Sarah Jane (Warren) Johnson. He had been a farmer in Weathersfield all his life.
He was survived by his wife, the former Ada C. Barnes, whom he married in 1903.
Funeral services wee held at the Davis Memorial Chapel in Springfield, and burial was in Weathersfield Bow Cemetery.
