Services for Camile DeWilde, 68, of 4525 24th Ave., Rock Island, who died Sunday at Franciscan Hospital, will be Wednesday at 9 a.m. at DeRoo Funeral Home, Moline, and 9:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Rock Island. The Rev. Thomas Murphy, co-pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline.
Visitation is until 5 this afternoon and 7 to 9 tonight at the funeral home, where a rosary will be recited at 7 p.m.
Memorial may be made to the church or St. Vincent DePaul Society, of which he had served as president for five years.
He retire in 1972 as a foreman at International Harvester Works, Louisville, Ky., where he had worked for five years, and was previously employed for 28 years at International Harvester, Farmall Plant, Rock Island.
Mr. DeWilde was born in Rock Island, where he married Irene VanHecke in 1935.
He was a member of Sacred Heart Church, Rock Island, and International Harvester Managerial Retirees Club.
Survivors include his widow, daughters, Mrs. Gene Bearnan, Manhattan, Kan., and Mrs. Lonnie Fields, Moline, sons, Paul, Silvis, Charles, Buena Park, Calif., and James, Davenport, and 12 grandchildren.
