W.L. Hudspeth died Thursday morning at 7 o'clock at the home of C.M. Frost in Attalla, aged 80 years, with old age being the chief cause of death.
Mr. Hudspeth was born at Franklin, Kentucky in 1824 and lived in Tennessee nearly all of his life. He was a Christian gentleman and was loved and respected by all who knew him.
He was the father of Mrs. C.M. Frost.
His remains were taken to Columbia, Tenn., where they were interred last Friday.
