"WALLA WALLA, April 1. - (Special.) - Frank B. Hill, Walla Walla theater manager, whose advertising stunts had often brought him acclaim in national publications, died here early yesterday. Reared on a farm in the Yakima country, he came here with the Mercy theater chain about six years ago. He was about 30 years old, had attended the University of Washington, and is survived by his widow, Phyllis, and a son, Frank Jr."
