Mrs. Avis Tipton, 89, mother of Mrs. B. D. Phinney of Douglas passed away Sunday at Memorial Hospital in Casper. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Nell Oldhaver of Casper and Mrs. Phinney of Douglas; two sons, Gene Bourke of Casper, George Bourke of Hot Springs, South Dakota; three grandchildren, Bill Davis of Chadron, Nebraska; Mrs. L. C. Garnick and Mrs. Gordon Olds of Douglas, and six great grandchildren. (Information was obtained from her obituary in the Douglas, Wyoming paper.)
