Louis Caiazzo, 84, of Roseto, passed away Wednesday, November 2 in Good Shepherd Specialty Hospital, Bethlehem, PA. Born: July 11, 1927 in Roseto, PA, son of the late Salvatore and Rose Casciano Caiazzo. Personal: His beloved wife, the former Phyllis Capone, passed away in 1992. Louis worked in the Garment Industry for Vinnie blouse as a cutter and foreman for many years and also for Unique Fashions and retired from Scotty s Fashions. He enjoyed spending time with his family and his three granddogs and having lunch with his friends at Rose s Caf in Roseto. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in Germany. Memberships: He was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, Roseto, where he served as an usher for many years. He was also a member of the Martocci-Capobianco American Legion Post 750 of Roseto, and a member of ILGWU no known as UNITE. Survivors: He is survived by a son, Phillip of Roseto; and a daughter, LouAnn Carvalho and her husband, Michael of Bangor; a brother, Donald and his wife Josephine Caiazzo of Bangor; three granddogs; and many nieces and nephews. A sister, Antoinette VanDyne and brothers, James, Leonard, Ralph, Vincent, Samuel and Anthony, all died earlier.
