Alice Mae Clos, age 92, of Elwood, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at her residence.
She was born on October 26, 1920, in Newport, KY to the late William and Ivalou (Isham) Clark.
On Nov. 11, 1939, she married the love of her life Earl J. Clos, and he passed away on Dec. 25, 1992. Alice was a homemaker, she enjoyed crafts, making dolls and baking for her family. Alice was also a Mid-Wife and helped with many child births. She was a member of Church of the First Born of Frankton and the Frankton Home-Ec Club.
Alice is survived by her loving family of 7 Sons, 4 Daughters, 50 Grandchildren, 80 Great Grandchildren, and 44 Great Great Grandchildren
3 Brothers, 3 Sisters, Several nieces & nephews
Alice was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 3 sons David, John, and Michael, 4 brothers William, John, James, and Charles, and 5 sisters Mary, Cleora, Betty, Helen, and Patricia.

Funeral service will be at 11:00 am on Monday, October 28, 2013, at Dunnichay Funeral Home, in Elwood, Indiana with Rev. Jerry Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Forrestville Cemetery north of Elwood.
Visitation will be Sunday, October 27, 2013, from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, at Dunnichay Funeral Home, 1113 S. Anderson Street, Elwood, Indiana 46036.
