Mrs. Hunt was born on August 9, 1918 in Sicily, Illinois, a daughter of Louis Abraham and Mary Ann Alvey Brown. She married Charles Richards August 11, 1934 an he preceded her in deth April of 1957. She next married Raymond Hunt, May 12, 1959. She was member of the United Pentecostal Church, Taylorville and was a retired LPN.
Surviving are her husband, Raymond; two daughters Paula Hunt of Auburn and Geraldine Durbin of Taylorville; two step-sons; Clarence Hunt of Auburn and Bob Hunt of Morrisonville; three step-daughters; Freda Mhan, Taylorville, Shirley Milligan and Patricia Chapman, both of Taylorville; four brothers; Paul Brown, Taylorville, Robert Brown, Pana, Herman Brown, Sharpsburg and LeDon Brown, Salem; one sister Irene Norris of Palmer; six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; 14 step-grandchildren; 30 ste-great grandchildren. Shewas preceded in death by her parents, first husband, one step son Kenneth Hunt and one daughter Betty Richards.
Services will be held at 10 am in the Shafer Funeral Home. Rev. Paul Brown will officiate an burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held in the funeral home from 6 to 8 the evening before.
