Violet Marie Bain died at age 80 on Wednesday, March 25, 1998, at her Bismarck, Missouri home.
She was born in Reynolds County, Missouri on August 2, 1917, the daughter of William Henry and Mamie Allison Ellis.
Survivors include two brothers, Archie Ellis of Farmington, Missouri and Harry Ellis of Bismarck, Missouri; six sisters, Dollie Rickmar. Louise Rickmar, Lucy Ella Love and Betty Mayberry, all of Bismarck, Eloise Winfrey of Wright City and Rosalie Chatman of Hillsboro; one sister-in-law, Wardena Costa of Murphysboro, Illinois; and a special cousin, Irene Warren of Ellington, Missouri.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles L. Bain; and one sister, Maude Sheeley.
