SCHERF, Chester C. Sr. age 90, went home to our Lord on Oct. 29, 2013. Chester was born on Sept. 6, 1923 in Cedarburg, WI. He served in the Air Force and on discharge from the military, he worked for American Can. He is survived by two sons, Chester C. Jr. and Gregory L.; and one daughter, Gay-Dawn. Graveside service will be held on Friday, Nov. 1st, at 1 pm at Garden of Memories, 4207 E. Lake Ave, Tampa. In lieu of flowers, the family requests any donations be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
