Donald served our country in the Army. During the Korean War, he was stationed in Dachnu, Germany.
He attended college and received a BA in Accounting. He worked for an accounting firm for the Department of Energy and Power Company in West Virginia. He also worked for Circus Circus. He was a member of the Eagles Lodge. He was an avid Karaoke Singer.
Donald is survived by his wife, Barbara; his children Todd Satterfield, Beverly (Joe) Nelson of Las Vegas, NV, Curtis (Brenda) Boucher of Circleville, UT and Deborah (Phil) Iverson of Las Vegas, NV; 11 grandchildren,; 15 great-grandchildren; his sister Doris Swaim. He was preceded in death by his mother, Kathleen Dodd, his father, Wilbur Satterfield and his step-son, Kenneth Boucher.
Services will be held Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at 11:00 am at the LDS Paragonah Chapel. Viewings will be Tuesday, November 5, 2013 from 6:00-8:00 pm and Wednesday, November 6, 2013 from 9:30-10:30 am both at the LDS Paragonah Chapel. Interment will follow at the Paragonah Cemetery under the direction of Southern Utah Mortuary.
