MILITARY SERVICE: Alfredo had a distinguished 31-year career in the US Military. He served during World War II and the Korean Conflict. He was a prisoner-of-war and a survivor of the Bataan Death March. Alfredo was a recipient of the Bronze Star.
After retiring from the military, Alfredo and his family located to the LaPalma area of Orange County, CA.
His beloved wife Esperanza died on July 25, 2003 at age 82. He followed her into Eternal Life less than four months later. They are buried together at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Cypress, CA.
