Philip W. Stout age 69 was released from this earth on November 7, 2013. He survived a traumatic brain injury following an auto accident in 1965 and spent the remainder of his life in health care facilities. Philip was a longtime resident of the Manitowoc Health & Rehabilitation Center.
Philip was a lover of nature and animals, theatrics, art and music, which he enjoyed throughout the years.
Survivors include two sisters and one brother-in-law: Sue Anne Feyersen, Sheboygan Falls; Sherrill (Daryl) Huebner, Green Valley, AZ; one sister-in-law: Eleanor Goeters, Chicago, IL; nieces and nephews: Lisa Dolski (Bill Obermayer), Madison; Joy (Eric Brunke), Edgerton, WI; Jeff Goeters (Cori Bradley), Chicago, IL; life time family friend: Harry O'Connell, Manitowoc. He was preceded in death by his parents: Norman and Shirley Goeters; one brother: Douglas Stout Goeters, Chicago, IL.
Cremation has taken place; private internment of his cremated remains will take place at Evergreen Cemetery at a later date. The Reinbold & Pfeffer Family Funeral Home of Manitowoc is serving the family with funeral arrangements. Online condolences may be expressed at www.jensreinboldandpfeffer.com
