Charles Richard Fleeman, age 73, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Saturday, November 02, 2013 at his residence. He was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired from Murray Ohio after 42 years of employment, and a member of Victory Baptist Church. Mr. Fleeman served his country honorably in the Army National Guard from 1965 to 1971. He was also a builder, having constructed over 15 houses and having helped to build two church sanctuaries in the Lawrenceburg area. He was recently voted "Best Poppy Ever" by his surviving grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Roy and Edith Lorine Hannah Fleeman.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, November 04, 2013 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 10:00 AM Tuesday, November 05, 2013, with Jesse Cozart officiating. Interment will follow at May Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN with full military honors
