Services for Alan Davis Cochran, 67 of West Monroe formally of Rayville will be held Thursday, November 14, 2013 at the Rayville United Methodist Church with Bro. Howard Hudson officiating.
Interment will follow in the Lynn Cemetery in Archibald, LA under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home-Rayville.
He was born in Sayre, OK on May 15, 1946 and passed away on November 10, 2013 at his residence.
Mr. Cochran was a lifelong member of the Rayville United Methodist Church and loved to hunt and fish. He was a salesman for LA Elevator Company in Wisner, LA.
He is preceded in death by his parents-Albert Bridwell and Juanita Marie Davis Cochran.
He is survived by his wife-Judy Lynn Cochran of West Monroe, LA; a son-Guy Cochran of Rayville, LA; his mother-Renae Cochran; step son-Donald Lynn Warren and wife Debbie of Helena, Ark.; 2 sisters-Chris Hollis and husband Jerry of Rayville and Julie Guthrie and husband Buddy of Rayville, LA; an aunt-Jean Cochran of Pauls Valley, OK; 3 grandchildren; and several special nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Allen Butler, Carl Carroll, Dr. Walt Low, Dewey Donnell, Jarrell Donnell, Danny Lively, Ken Malone, and Mark Thompson. Honorary pallbearers will be Charles R. "Bubba" Chaney, Walter Cochran, Billy Cochran, Mark Brown, Ted Morris, and Marlin Valentine.
Visitation will be 5-8:00PM Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at the Mulhearn Funeral Home-Rayville.
