After an illness of two months, most of which time was spent at the St. Francis Hospital in San Francisco, Mrs. Carrie Thompson Vaughan passed away there Thursday.
For the past three years she had resided with her husband and family at Yolanda. She had many friends in San Rafael, her home for more than 12 years. Her death causes sorrow also in Tomales, where her childhood days were spent as Carrie Thompson. She was 52 years of age.
She is survived by her husband, W.H. Vaughan, and four children, Chas. L., Anita H., Mildred N. and Vivian V. Vaughan.
The funeral will be held tomorrow in Tomales.
