Charles Monroe 1810-1870 was not the father of my George Washington Wills. Charles Monroe was the grandfather of Ann, Charely M, Emeline and George. Our DNA Circles shows this. I am directly related and I know this. Louisiana, Statewide Death Index, 1819-1964. The info being submitted on George Willis has simply been added by someone who has no documentation. We know Charles Monroe was the grandfather per census and DNA . Charles Monroe's wife was Sarah Ann Pennington. George W. Willis's wife was Sarah Jane White. Please don't get them mixed up.
