Delsina M. Zywicke (Andrews), formerly of 1702 Coolidge St., New Holstein, passed away on Friday, June 4, 2004, at the age of 82 years. For the past week she was a resident of the Calumet Homestead Rehabilitation Center in New Holstein.

Del was born in Moberly, Mo., on Feb. 2, 1922, to the late James Eugene and Dorothy May (Durham) Andrews. At age 3, she moved to Milwaukee with her family. She attended schools in Milwaukee and graduated in 1940 from North Division High School.

On May 17, 1941, she married Raymond R. Zywicke in Milwaukee. Raymond preceded her is death on July 11, 1987.

Del was employed at Red Star Yeast and Allstate Insurance in Milwaukee. In 1965, Del and Ray moved to the Kiel area and purchased the Cedar Lake Resort, which they ran as Raymond's Inn on Cedar Lake until 1978.

Del loved her home. She loved being with her family and close friends. She was a wonderful and loving friend, mother and grandmother. She will be sadly missed by her children, Deborah (Dean) Noworatzky of Sheboygan Falls, and Sharrie (Scott) Austinson of Menomonee Falls; her grandchildren, Shane and Erik Noworatzky, Krista, Patrick and special friend Rachel, and Mark Austinson; one sister, Sharryl (Richard) Mercier of Oconomowoc; two sisters-in-law, Dottie Andrews of Milwaukee, and Jean Andrews of Manitowoc; along with numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Raedelle; two brothers, Jesse and Eugene Andrews; and her beloved dog, "Tippi".

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, June 9 at Holy Cross Cemetery in Milwaukee.

Friends may call at the Wieting Family Funeral, 1212 Teckla Place, Kiel, from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, June 8, and again on Wednesday at Holy Cross Cemetery in Milwaukee from 10 a.m. until the time of service.

A service will be held at the funeral home Tuesday at 7 p.m.

Delsina's family would like to extend a sincere "Thank You" for all the wonderful care given to her. Many thanks go to Dr. Tricia Lorenz, Dr. Gene Tipler, Calumet Medical Center and Calumet Homestead Rehabilitation Center and Hospice.
