On December 20, 1986, Mrs. Bertha Albert of Edmonton, formerly of Alberta Beach, passed away at the age of 93 years. She is survived by one son and two daughters, Martha and her husband Willie Plischke of Stony Plain, Fred Albert and his wife Emily of Edmonton, Freda and her husband Chuck Syrett of Burnaby, B.C.; eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Albert was predeceased by one daughter, Olga in 1941 , her husband, William in 1970. Visitation on Monday, December 22, 1986, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Howard and McBride's Chapel 10045-109 Street, Edmonton. Funeral service took place on Tuesday, December 23 at 2 p.m. from Saint John's Lutheran Church, Alberta Beach, with the Reverend W. Liliedahl officiating. Interment took place Saint John's Lutheran Church Cemetery.
