WELLSTON - Jim W. Ousley, 60, of Exline Road, Wellston, died Friday, Nov. 3, 2000, at Grant Medical Center, Columbus.

Born Nov. 27, 1939, in Dundas, he was the son of the late Lawrence and Annastacia Essman Ousley.

Jim was a self-employed coal truck driver and a past foreman of various pipeline construction companies. He also was a heavy-equipment operator for Shave Enterprises.

He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Lisa Womeldorf Ousley; sons Rueben and Lawrence Ousley; daughters Debbie Douglas, Bobbie Stewart and Bobbi Ousley; six grandchildren, Josh Camp, Wynona Douglas, Jessica Stewart Wilson, Troy and Kyle Stewart and Emma Ousley; three great-grandchildren; brothers Jack, Mike and Carl of Wellston and Don of Zanesville; sisters Rita Miller and Sharon Grimes of Jackson and Helen Benson of Wellston; several nieces and nephews; his mother-in-law, Edith Womeldorf; and many close friends.

He was preceded in death by four brothers, Lawrence Jr., Tim, Bob and David; and by three infant brothers and sisters.
Services will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Hope United Methodist Church, with burial in Ridgewood Cemetery.

Friends may call Tuesday from 2 to 9 p.m. at J.P. Rogers Funeral Home, Wellston. The body will be taken to the church one hour prior to the service.
