Mrs. John Mrotek, 60, of 1233 South 18th street, nee Katherine Bialek, died last night following an illness of three years.
Funeral service will be held Friday morning at 8:30 from the Shimek and Schwartz funeral home and at 9 o'clock from the St. Mary's Catholic church. Burial will be in the St. Mary's cemetery.
Katherine Bialek was born in Poland on November 9, 1881. When she was 16 she came to America. In 1903 she married John Mrotek. The couple always made Manitowoc their home.
Survivors besides the husband include two daughters, Mrs. George Jaworsky of Manitowoc and Sister Dulciana of Chicago; and a son, John Mrotek Jr., city.
The body will lie at the funeral home from 2 p.m. Wednesday until the time of the services.
