Frank Mrotek, a prominent resident of the seventh ward, died on Sunday from stomach trouble from which he had suffered for several months.
Deceased was about 35 years of age and has been for many years prominent in business and political affairs in his ward.
He is survived by a wife and family.
The funeral took place Tuesday forenoon from St. Mary's church, with interment at the Polish cemetery.
