L.C. Disher, of near Lewisburg, died in Good Samaritan Hospital, Dayton Thursday morning. He had lived on the same farm in Harrison Twp. for 60 years.
Only immediate survivor is his wife, Alva. Funeral services will be held Sunday at the Kramer Memorial Chapel. Burial in Roselawn Cemetery.

L.C. Disher, 67, Harrison township farmer and lifelong resident of this community, died Christmas Day at Good Samaritan hospital, Dayton, where he had been a patient since Dec. 9.
Death resulted from a malignant disorder which induced a progressively worsening condition over the past year and one-half.
Son of Christian and Mary Jane Pease Disher, he was born on the present R.P. Snyder farm. His father died when Mr. Disher was six or seven years old and he and his mother moved to a farm northwest of town and he had resided there since.
Mr. and Mrs. Disher, the former Alva Schlosser, had been married more than 16 years.
Funeral rites were conducted Sunday afternoon from Kramer Memorial chapel with the Rev. Floyd Emrick of Defiance officiating. Burial was in Roselawn cemetery.
The widow is the only survivor.
