Shelia is my first cousin. Our Mothers were sisters. She was the second child of my Aunt Tommie.

She is survived by her children, Michael N Phillips, Jr and Tiffiney Quarles, her sisters, Tonya Brown Dye and Theresa Brown Hays and one brother, Starly Wayne Brown, all of Louisiana.
Shelia was cremated and a memorial service was held December 14, 2013 in Natchitoches.
