He was a member of St. Philip and St. James Catholic Church, Phillipsburg.
Survivors: Wife; son, William F. III of Minneapolis, Minn.; daughter, Mary Louise Pullano of Skokie, Ill.; brother, George P., and a sister, Mary Poretta, both of Phillipsburg; 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
