She passed away Wednesday in the Comfort Community Hospital. Born Dec. 31, 1899 in Carlisle, Indiana, she was a member of the Baptist Church. She had resided in Ingram for four years and was preceded in death by a son, Phil Cook Jr. Survivors include her husband; one daughter, Peggy Hines of Haynesville, La.; three sisters; three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
