Otha Scott Dailey was born on September 15, 1886, to the proud parents Zachariah Sumpter and Sarh Jane Sloan Dailey. Otha was the 3rd child born to the couple out of 11. His siblings include Clemence Clarence, William Cleveland, Wilbur S., Sarah Olive, Mary Myrtle, Esta Ellen, Mona J., Annie B., Inez Zelina, and Hartzel Hubert Dailey.
Otha met and married Tressie Krieg. They married on April 22, 1922. They never had children together.
Sadly, Otha died on May 22, 1922. He died of Pulmonary Tuberculosis.
