LITITZ Mary H. Ness, 86, formerly of Reading, died at Luther Manor Acres in Lititz on November 21, 2013. She was the wife of the late Kenneth L. Ness. Born August 7, 1927, in Hellam, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Gertie (Abel) Reever. Mary was a member of Central Park United Methodist Church in Reading. She is survived by two sons, Timothy R. Ness and his wife Stephanie Zuk of Raleigh, N.C., and Daniel A. Ness of Dallas, Texas; and two grandchildren, Erin Ness and Kyle Ness, both of Dallas, Texas. Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, December 7, 2013 at the Etzweiler Funeral Home, 1111 E. Market St., York, PA with Chaplain Walt Cleckley officiating. A private burial will be in Canadochly Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Dec. 7, 2013, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Central Park U.M. Church Food Ministry, 138 S. 6th St., Reading, PA 19602. www.etzweiler.com
