Oliver Tollefson, 69, of 116 Church St., Mishicot, died Thursday, Feb. 13 at Bellin Hospital, Green Bay. Funeral services will be 11 am Monday at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Mishicot. Msgr. James Feely will officiate and burial will be in St. Peter Catholic Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Tollefson was born April 2, 1916 at Manitowoc, son of the late Anton and Josephine Hein Tollefson. He married Alice Korlesky, Feb. 7, 1942 at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc. They lived in Manitowoc until 1948 when they moved to Mishicot. Mr. Tollefson was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife, Alice; five sons and two daughters-in-law, Eugene and Sharon Tollefson of Phoenix, Ariz., Philip of Milwaukee, Ronald of Green Bay, Walter and Mary of Brandon, Wis., and Joseph of Chilton; four daughters and sons-in-law, Mary and Cris Garcia of South Milwaukee, Martha and Myron Jadin of Green Bay, Janice and Jerry Soucoup of Two Rivers and Agnes and Tom Fabian of Sheboygan; a brother, Anton Tollefson of Manitowoc and 16 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter and two brothers.
Friends may call at Lambert Funeral Home, Mishicot, 3 pm to 8 pm Sunday, where a memorial service will be 7:30 pm Sunday.
