Carl Cloud, Jr. 88 of Waldo, Arkansas passed away on Friday, November 29, 2013 at Central Arkansas Veterans Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas.
He was born on May 7, 1925 in El Dorado, Arkansas to the late Carl Tannece Cloud, Sr. and Ollie Lee (Ray) Cloud. He was a mechanic, truck driver, enjoyed wood working, where he made wooden 18 Wheelers, and was a member of the Magnolia Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Billy John, Ray, and W.R. Cloud; and sisters, Mary Bell Ogg and Mildred Rowe.
