Obit (page 2): Last Rites Held for Mrs. Glmore – Funeral services for Mrs. Martha Noal Gilmore, 82 years old, who died early Saturday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Martha G. Robinson, 26 Audubon Place, were held Saturday afternoon from the residence. Religious were conducted at the Church of the Holy Name. Interment was private. Mrs. Gilmore was the widow of Samuel L. Gilmore, Lousiana congressman for several terms and city attorne under Mayor Martin L. Behrman. The former Martha Frazer Nolan, she was a native of Ascension parish and the daughter of the late Captain John Tilghman Nolan and Sarah Maginnis Nolan. She is survived by her daugher and one son, Samuel L. Gilmore, Jr.
