Richard Earl Bowns, 63, passed away on Saturday, August 4, 2007 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born on November 6, 1943 in Port Huron, MI; to Russell and Helen F. (Armstrong) Bowns.Richard moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ; 6 years ago from Hacienda Heights, CA. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy (AE3, VFP-62). Richard worked as a senior scientist for Acheson, in Ontario, CA.
