BRISTOL—Mrs. Alice Duvall, widow of the late Rev. J. A. Duvall, died Thursday at 6:05 a.m. She was 94.
A native of Asheville, N.C., she had made her home here, 916 Seventh Avenue, for the past 25 years. She was a member of the State Street Methodist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Layne W. Duvall of Kingsport and E. C. Duvall of Knoxville; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at the Akard Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. W. C. Mason officiating. Burial is to be at Emory, Va.
Pallbearers will be students of Emory and Henry College.
