OBITUARY: On December 3, 2013, Ernest Charles Emmerich, Sr., of Halthorpe, passed away peacefully at his home and was a retired BG&E employee. Beloved husband of Lenore C. (nee Knisley) and devoted father of Kevin Emmerich and his wife Cynthia. Loving grandfather of Kurt Emmerich and his fiance Nicole Thompson. Cherished great-grandfather of Lana and Heidi Emmerich.
