Loyd R. Beard 89, of Naylor passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Nov. 27 in Doniphan.
Survivors include two sisters, Ruth Francisco of Poplar Bluff and Doris Buhler of Piedmont; one daughter, Kathleen Beard of Kingman, Ariz.; one granddaughter, Teresa Woods of Kingman, Ariz. and two great-granddaughters, Alecia Ruiz and Sylvie Woods both of Kingman, Ariz.
He was preceded in death by one daughter, Mildred Elaine Beard; one sister, Rosie Buhler and two brothers, William Beard and Doyle Beard.
Loyd enjoyed fishing and hunting with his friends and spending time with his long-time companion, Mary West.
He will be laid to rest at Black Creek Cemetery with a graveside service at 2pm on Thursday Dec. 5.
