Berta married Claude Nathan Rountree and had 3 children: C. N. Rountree, Jr., Betty Rountree and Runette Rountree. Baby C. N. Rountree died very young and daughter Betty died before she was 40. Berta also helped raise her husband's 2 daughters from his first marriage, Vanoris Rountree and Marie Rountree Wells (1916-2003 FAG #123693814).
In the top photo she was visiting her younger brother Moses M Coleman (1901-1984) in Lyons, Toombs County, Georgia.
