Married to Arthur Douglas Bishop of Lisbon, NH, a lieutenant in the US Naval Aviation Corps on January 9, 1943. They lived for a time in Wayland, Ma then in 1948 moved to Shelburne where they owned and ran Wellsmont Orchard until 2005. Barabara was a resident at The Arbors of Greenfield when she passed. She was predeceased by her husband Arthur in 1998 and a son Robert in 1980, a grandson Jeffrey in 1998 and a daughter in law Marianne in 2007.
She is survived by two sons David and his wife Marcia Schuhle of Greenfield and Richard of Shelburne. She leaves three grandchildren Christopher and his wife Jamie of Potomac Falls, Virginia; Jamieson and his wife Jamie of Buckland of Buckland, Ma and Katherine of Washington D.D.; 5 great-grandchildren Lily, Stephen,Andrew, Grayson and Charlotte; and a niece Judy Armstrong and husband Lorrimer of Orleans, Ma.
