Woodrow Wilson Bailey, 71, of Charlottesville, formerly of Woodbridge, died Monday, Oct. 30, 1989, at the University of Virginia Medical Center. He is survived by his wife, Eula K. Bailey; three daughters; two sons; two sisters and two brothers, 18 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Friends may call from 7 to 9 tonight at the Hill and Wood Funeral Home, 201 First St. North, Charlottesville. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, from the Church of the Nazarene, with burial at 2 p.m. Thursday at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Fredericksburg.
