He was born at Cheadle, Stockport, England the son of John and Maria (Garner) Albison h/o the former Nellie Pinard who he had been married to for 69 years.

He is survived by his wife Nellie of Auburn, ME; one daughter Mrs Harold (Alice) Caldwell of Auburn; 17 grandchildren and 67 gr-grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
