Benjamin was the son of Benjamin Arnette I.
He married Sarah Abbott.
They had four children:

(2) Alexander (1819-1861)
(3) Cade (1823-1864)

Benjamin and his wife Sarah are buried in an old cemetery located 1 mile west of the Arnette Cemetery. I don't know the name of the cemetery. It was in the middle of a field and has been plowed over. One larger marker has been placed on the spot of the location of the cemetery. It reads "To the memory of those buried in this abandoned graveyard the identity of whom is known but to God."
